With her face covered in white greasepaint and cheeks marked with bright pink blush, a red diamond under her right eye, Harley looks like a little clown or doll. Her eyes are frequently rimmed in kohl with long black lashes. Between this, the distinctive dip-dyed red ponytails, and her often revealing clothing, she stands out in any crowd. She's usually dressed in red and black, often alternating in mix-and-match fashion, and frequently sports diamond designs on her clothing. In the comics, she has only two outfits, both of which follow the same formula: short-shorts with a utility belt that has a bat on the buckle, a bra-style top which each cup a different color, a jacket, thigh-high socks, each a different color, and boots. At Christmas, this is all in red and green. After that, it was in red and black, with the jacket a tan leather aviator style jacket and boots the same color, dark grey shorts and red gloves. She wears goggles on top of her head. Her hair is in two large pigtails, with the ends dip-dyed red or sometimes a dark pink. While, in Darrow, her clothing won't be so limited, it's likely she'll largely stick to similar outfits: shorts, small tops, comfy jackets, boots (not high-heeled, sturdy), thigh-high socks. If she has a superhero uniform, this is it. In the past, she's been seen in simpler gear, wearing peter pan collared blouses in bright colors or trenchcoats, and she may do so again in the future, but for the most part, she prefers clothing that's easy to move (and therefore to fight) in. ▶ FIRST IMPRESSIONS AND MANNERISMS: I mean, obviously the first impression is that this girl is strange, possibly even crazy, certainly shameless. Her manner of makeup and dress is bizarre. But her personality is sweet and outgoing, and she tends to be very open and easy-going, happy to meet new people. She takes to them quickly, usually assumes "friend" of anyone she meets, as long as they aren't Nazis. ▶ SOUND: Bright and cheerful much of the time, Harley is warm and friendly. She voluntarily got out of this when Mistah J's exploits led him to some kind of voodoo that Harley describes as making him not him anymore and turning him into a "monster." At this point, she left, went back to school, and became a psychiatrist. It's worth noting that I am not very familiar with main continuity Harley Quinn. I've picked up bits and pieces which might see use here, but this Harley is 100% AU. Oh, and she likes to break the fourth wall.
